Kuwait Credit Information Network Company (CINET) has obtained the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System certification, adding to its existing international certifications in information security, quality management, and customer satisfaction and complaints handling. This achievement reflects CINET's commitment to strengthening its operational readiness, managing risks, and ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services in accordance with international standards.
CINET’s international certifications include:
-ISO 22301:2019: Business Continuity Management System.
-ISO/IEC 27001:2022: Information Security Management System.
-ISO 10002:2018: Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling.
-ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System.
On this occasion, Mrs. Mai AlOwaish , CINET’s CEO, stated,
