Customer Complaints
All individual or corporate customers have the right to file a complaint with CINET using the form prepared for this purpose, and in accordance with the procedures followed by the company to object to the validity of the information and data contained in its credit information report. Such complaint or objection shall be filed within fifteen days from the date of issuing the credit report to the customer.
