1. Type of Information we collect when you apply for a role in CINET

1.1 Personal Identifiable Information PII: Name, gender, address, email, phone number, Signature, Civil ID, Nationality, Date of Birth, Salary, marital status, total number of children and Spouse and Children Civil ID.

1.2 Background Information: Education such as academic certifications, Professional qualifications, transcripts, CV, heath check status report (Fit or unfit) and criminal status certificate.

  • - References provided upon request.
  • - Information from business and employment-focused social media platform.
  • - Information provided by recruitment agencies.

3. Purpose for Collecting Personal Data

During the recruitment process, we collect your personal data to:

  • - Assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, and skills.
  • - Match candidates with specific job requirements.
  • - Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Lawful Basis of Processing

We process your personal data on the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest, Performance of Contract, Consent, Compliance with a Legal Obligation, Vital Interest, and Performance of a Task Carried Out in the Public Interest, depending on your association with us.
